Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of you placing an order. If you select Next working day delivery any Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the day you place an order (please note this applies to orders placed Monday to Friday, Please note Standard next day delivery is not a guaranteed service but on average will get there next day.

Guaranteed next day delivery

Please note that choosing Next Day Delivery does not mean Same Day Dispatch! We will try to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible, but if you need Same Day Dispatch please phone us to ensure that we are able to react in time.

Your order should get to you next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on a Saturday or Sunday.

Orders placed Before 2pm Friday with Saturday delivery selected will be sent same day for Saturday delivery items selected with next day delivery will be sent same day and delivered next working day (Monday)

( orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.)

We use Royal Mail special delivery for our next day delivery.
If you select standard delivery and need your ordered items for a certain date please let us know and we will make sure you have your item by the date required or we will notify you if we cannot get your goods to you by this date.

We use first class recorded delivery which will normally arrive in one to five working days however on occasions it can take a little longer, and will require a signature on arrival.

How to Return an Item or Order
We strive to offer the best possible services and the best quality products and hope that all our products arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate occasionally you may wish to return items, please therefore make note of our our returns policy detailed below:- You may confirm any details by emailing us at
before returning any item to us so your refund is issued correctly.

For reasons of hygiene, personal products, wigs, teeth cannot be returned

Exchange/Replace Items

Please email us at before returning any item to us so your refund or exchange is issued correctly. We are very sorry but we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to us in its original condition. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back as soon as possible for a refund (within 7 days). Items returned outside of the seven days will not be refunded
To make things easier if you need to exchange an item you can email us with your new choice, quoting your original order number and we will arrange to send out another order using your original details once we have received the original order back.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, you should return the item to us together with a note and your invoice, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. We accept no liability for faulty items once the item has been worn by you.

The mask has not been worn (apart from to try it on to see it if fits)

Right to Cancel

We are able to accept the return of all items apart form personal goods detailed below. subject to them being in their original condition with all tags/tickets intact on costumes. If you return goods as detailed, within 7 days of you receiving them, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or items less postage and packing which is not refundable. How to Return Items

Please email us at before returning any item to us. Securely package and send to the address below, enclosing a note of why you are returning the item. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box (if any), with all warranty, licenses, manuals and accessories.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items so that you have proof of postage in case the package gets lost in transit.
